Making Sure the Transaction Goes Smoothly

Marketing your home is the first step.  Negotiating the specifics of offers received and going under contract is the second step.  The process of getting from contract to the closing, however, is the part of each transaction that takes the most care and attention.

There are almost always conditions that have to be met during this period, such as “passing a home inspection” and “appraising at contract price.”  There are also deadlines that you, as the seller, must meet in order for the transaction to proceed per contract requirements.  It is my job to keep everything on track, to communicate with you frequently, and to make sure that you and the buyer successfully negotiate all conditions and keep the transaction moving forward if at all possible.

I can also provide you with the names of contractors, movers, handymen, and other vendors from my network of reputable professionals and companies who you may need during your sale and move.
